Cancellation Policy

$35 retainer required for all appointments, $30 will go towards your final balance! You will have a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes you will be charged $10 extra, after 15 minutes you will be charged $15 extra. After 20 minutes you must reschedule. No call, no show appointments will result in FULL payment for future appointments & possibly no further bookings. No exceptions. I understand things may happen but please be considerate of my time. NO EXTRA GUEST allowed unless discussed prior. I look forward to seeing you soon.
